Jane Parillo began studying the art of calligraphy in 1980, after having finished two years of graduate school. The class, which was “for fun” and intended to serve as a relaxing treat after a grueling couple of years, lit the fire for what has now become a lifelong passion.

Jane has operated her studio/gallery in East Greenwich, Rhode Island since 1989. She is also a member and past president of Masscribes, a New England guild of lettering artists and has exhibited her work with the guild for several years.

Jane’s calligraphic services are the perfect choice for addressing envelopes, social invitations, program and menu designs, custom wedding invitations, escort cards, placecards, seating scrolls, and matching table numbers.

In addition to her bridal/social service, Jane also enjoys creating one-of-a-kind pieces of original artwork. Commissions are always welcome.
